A Message from Amit Gupta Founder & CEO of Agrifields DMCC

In 2016, I launched Agrifields DMCC with the mission to create a business dedicated to reshaping the future of rural farmers. I believe that farmers deserve more than just survival, they deserve to build a sustainable future with the opportunity to grow.

My journey, however, began much earlier, where I worked in the junior ranks in the shipping and export industry. Starting at the bottom of an industry instilled in me a deep respect for the day-to-day reality of the all the stakeholders (producers, shareholders, and consumers), and all that goes into making a business run. Those formative years taught me that integrity is the engine of lasting success.

It has been almost one decade since the founding of Agrifields DMCC and in that time, we have learned so much, and we commit to continue learning about how to make this industry more efficient, innovative, ethical, and sustainable. With this not only can we improve our fertilizer offerings, but we can improve the lives of everyone involved.

I am also incredibly proud to work in collaboration with the Agrifields Foundation and the many other important charities that have enabled us to make meaningful progress in supporting rural farmers around the world, who are the foundation of our modern society.
